Shipping policy

Ready-to-ship accessories are shipped once a week, on Wednesdays. If Wednesday is a public holiday, dispatch will take place on the next possible working day.

As some items are made to order, we ask that you please allow 2 - 4 weeks for these pieces to be handmade with care.

If your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a certain date, please email at n@littlefurnitureassemblage.com. I will do my best to accommodate your request.

For Swiss and international customers, we ship parcels from Switzerland. For European customers, shipping will be from Germany. For our international customers, please note that shipping costs do not include international customs duties. The customer is responsible for paying any duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery.

Once your purchase is on its way you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number included.

If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
