Ready-to-ship accessories are shipped once a week, on Wednesdays. If Wednesday is a public holiday, dispatch will take place on the next possible working day.
As some items are made to order, we ask that you please allow 1- 4 weeks for these pieces to be handmade with care.
If your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a certain date, please email at email@example.com. I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Once your purchase is on its way you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number included.
We ship parcels for Swiss customers from Switzerland. For European and International customers the shipping is from Germany. For our international customers, please note that the cost of shipping does not include international duties. The customer is responsible for payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery.
If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
Ordering online is not always a perfect process, therefore we are happy to offer exchanges and store credit for online purchases.
Requests for credit / exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to address your request and include a reason for return and we will then issue you return instructions.
Return credit never expires.
Returned items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. Returns must be received by Little Furniture Assemblage within 14 days of return approval, and must include their original, undamaged packaging.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insuring the return packages and having a trackable number as Little Furniture Assemblage does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that shipping costs incurred by Little Furniture Assemblage on the initial delivery will also be deducted from the credit, as will a restocking fee of up to 10% if the pieces need re-finishing.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on Made-to-order items or specially-made sizes.
Damages - If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email email@example.com immediately with a clear description of the item and include a photograph.
